Can I put zero stars? If so, someone please show me how... So I made a reservation through another site as I always do... And after a LONG day, I expect to check into a hotel room to relax and prepare for my next day HOWEVER, I end up sitting in the hotel lobby for over an hr because the attendant states that he doesn't see my reservation however he did receive a fax with my info on it. He does the best he can I guess by contacting the site and they confirm that they have it in their system... My issues is that yes I know my reservation was made through a 3rd party site but if you have my credit card and ID in hand, why not let me get a room as you continue to work on the issue. It's not like the hotel is full. You KNOW there is a reservation... but your system isn't showing it aside from the little confirmation fax.... Let me sit in the lobby for over an hr instead since that makes a lot of sense(sarcasm). I'm not sure if this is a patience test for me or what but this hotel could have let me get a room and reverse the additional charges once they rectify the situation.... As I type this, I'm still not in a room... still sitting in the lobby. Should I sleep in the lobby while they continue to figure the issue out? Fairfield and all the other hotels in the area don't seem to have this issue... I'm so disappointed in Holiday Inn! I usually like their hotels.... smh

Great little hotel. Located near a bunch of fast food and a very interesting Peruvian eatery. Very easy access to the highway. Hotel is on the opposite side of town from the public beach, which is a 10min drive at worst.
